Probably most similar to it's neighbor, The Ellington in terms of location, size, management, resale pricing, value retention and demand. Like lookin' in a mirror. Even the somewhat limited views out of most windows. Like the Ellington, the Grande sits smack dab in the center of a lot of other high rise buildings in the 19102 zip.

My "go to" guy who plays some role in the management here is always helpful and accessible- which I honestly think counts for something. Many buildings in town are not user friendly and The Grande at 111 S. 15th St. an exception. The association has recently redone their top floor gym and meeting areas, and done so nicely. BE VERY careful if buying to rent out- the Grande has implemented some strict rental rules. Owner occupancy ratios in the building therefore tend to be high.

Most of the condos in the building are one and two bedroom- but they do have some very nice penthouse units that can sell for some big bucks. The Grande is close to Jefferson and The U of Penn. The building is also known simply as "The Grande".
