Located just north of South St. and on the Northwest corner of 2nd and Lombard, sits Abbott Square- A 171 unit condo building built on the old site of the Abbott Dairy. Built in the early 1980s, these condos range in size from just over 500 sq. Ft. up to around 1500 sq. Ft. The condos go from the 5th floor to the 8th floor, and many of the upper floor condos are bi-level penthouse units with gracious outdoor space. In addition, there are garden level townhouse condos that are behind the building and facing south. Probably one of the best things to happen to Abbott Square over the last decade was the development of the parking lot behind the condos, which are now some gorgeous, gorgeous townhomes- and provide a nice vista for all Abbott Square condos which face south. I think the value of the condos at 200-210 Lombard is contingent upon which direction they face and where they are located within the building (see me for more details). I do believe the values are excellent in the building- some of the best deals in town. All units have a washer/dryers and HVAC systems. The building is not dog friendly. There is rental Parking in the condo building, and the front door is staffed around the clock.

I have sold more than a half dozen condos at 200 Lombard Street over the years!
