Units include parking (except one, and we just sold that unit), and the building is pet-friendly. One-bedroom units face north and have no balconies. All others have balconies and not cramped little condo balconies either.

108 Arch St. condos were built on an empty lot in Old City back in 2004 and currently house 30 condominiums. Floors 2-5 have four condos per floor and floors 6- 11 each house two condos per floor- one facing east and one facing west. The elevator opens directly into these upper-level floors. Floor 12 is a private full-floor penthouse.

I think 108 Arch Street is one of the most attractive high rise buildings in Center City- the fact that most units have spacious balconies (except the north-facing units on floors 2-6) and all condos include parking except one condo. The closet space is generous, but I think what most buyers key into is the somewhat modern kitchen and baths- which still hold up well today. Oversized windows, many units (All?) have fireplaces, and high floor units have great river views. With the limited number of units in the building, demand often outweighs supply.
