The Hopkinson House tops the list in town of Philadelphia condo buildings in terms of resale ability. The building sits right on the south side of Washington Square. Strong management (on-site), basement rental parking, rooftop pool. Corner units are two beds, and most utilities included in condo fees. No dogs allowed in building. Recent replacement of all windows and exterior doors. All units are flats- no stairs. Studios to three bed units available. No difference in price between Southern or Northern exposure- both are great. Views are strong at the Hopkinson House condos, and corner units are the two bedroom models. Friendly staff and a small market is inside the building for milk, bread, etc. Like a Toyota- dependable, reliable, solid, and good resale has been a hallmark of the Hopkinson House Condominiums for years.

  • 2) Direct access to food market from main lobby
  • 3) NEVER has anyone at the front desk been rude..never
  • 4) No diminished value based upon a north or south view
  • 5) Building successfully made their hallways attractive (finally :-))

  • Condo Fees are approximately $0.63 per square foot per month
  • All corner units are 2 or 3 bedroom units
