MY EXPERIENCE AND TWO CENTS with Dranoff's new condos:
Buyers get to choose from 1 of 6 palettes - floor, carpet, paint, countertop, kitchen cabinets, and backsplash.
I have also sold some of Carl Dranoff's new pieces at Symphony House and the product delivered was very nice inside and out. I think Mr. Dranoff pays close attention to the quality of life issues and I am not surprised to find a lot of really groovy and innovative ideas being attached to One Riverside at 210-220 S. 25th St. (25th and Locust Streets in Fitler Square) such as sun deck, private gardens, outdoor kitchen, guest suite etc. The common areas at this condo development are really sweet... I am also impressed with the layout and floor plans for many of the condos- Looks like some nice use of space and generous closet space as well. Those two attributes are less common in town than you might have guessed. Pricing in the building will be based upon size of the condo as well as floor height.
