Pets are not allowed. There is a fitness center and pool on-site. Front desk attendant. Valet parking available on-site for $80 per month. Know that since the building is a co-op, you do have to go in front of the board and be interviewed. The building is owner-occupied only - no rentals or investments. There is a one-time admin fee, and 20% down is required to buy. Lovely building!
THE MONTHLY FEE INCLUDES ALMOST EVERYTHING: All Utilities including electric, heat, air conditioning, water, and a great channel cable line up, All Real Estate Taxes, and Maintenance Package. Each unit has an abundance of closet space and newer top-of-the-line windows. This spectacular building has NEVER HAD A CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT ASSESSMENT due to millions of dollars in reserve!
