We have sold more condos at "1010" than any other real estate group in town- Our firm was the original listing agent for the property when it was converted from an extended stay hotel into condominiums. The condos "churn" at a pace of about a dozen condos per year and recent sales show the prices have recently ranged from $90k-$240k. I would expect all those figures to rise over the next few years as the area is becoming more gentrified and the proximity to all things "Center City" remains strong. Penthouse units can be kinda' groovy and bi-level and are known for their high ceilings and great natural light. Each unit has their own HVAC system and washer/dryer. This is a doorman condo building and 1010 Race has no parking, though there are plenty of options for rental parking in the area. We have sold over 24 condos at 1010 Race over the years!
