Located in the Historic section of Old City, the Condos at 315 Arch St. are very similar in my mind to the Hoopskirt Factory located right next door at 311-13 Arch St. The condos at 315 Arch are very loft-like in nature- large windows, high ceilings, and open spaces. Ranging in size from 583 sq ft to 1524 sq ft- though most of the condos at 315 Arch St. are either studio or one bedroom units. I personally think that the highest sale prices in the building are the units that face the front and have southern exposure. Rehabbed back in 2005 and put on the market for sale originally in 2006- Most of these 52 condos have maple flooring (original), stainless and granite kitchens, and have fairly decent closet space. Laundry (coin operated) washer/ dryers are located on every floor. This non-doorman elevator building is known to have reasonable condo fees and know that many of the two bedroom units are loft-style where the 2nd bedroom is open to the living room and are bi-level condos.
