I have never sold a unit in this building- And it has been killin' me for 25 years. There are 10 condos at 700 Locust - five facing Washington Square and five in the rear/side of the building that still give somewhat of a square view. All units are two bedroom condos with sq ft between 1160 and 1430- the larger units are the "A" units which face the square. High ceilings, dramatically large windows, great natural light and all condos at 700 Locust St. have parking. A really nicely situated boutique condo building that is 5 stories tall and has an elevator. Rarely...and I mean rarely available for sale. Value in the building is going to be heavily contingent upon interior condition as the conversion to condominiums was back in 1983. A superior looking unit (say...high floor which faced the square) would be in EXCEEDINGLY high demand should one ever hit the market. A lovely, lovely location. And pet friendly!
