Update Spring 2017
Recent upgrades to the building include the revamping and installation of a water booster pump system, a water heater system, and tuck pointing. Common areas were recently painted, and the association has contracted with a new cleaning company for a twice a week service of common areas. The goal of the Addison condo association is to keep the fees low and maintain above average reserves including enough funds to cover anything on the to do list with a considerable amount left over for emergencies.
