David says: "The location is great! Everything one needs is within walking distance, and traffic isn't much of an issue when I'm coming or going. It's great to be surrounded by all new high-rises, hotels, and restaurants. The neighborhood is constantly evolving. I love the fact that all of the units are different. They're all custom-built, and the decor varies from unit to unit. All of the owners are very friendly and very involved with the HOA. And when something has to get done, it happens fast. It's also a wonderful neighborhood to walk, and to see all historical sites."
