The Lenox Condos in Philadelphia

Lenox Condos

250 S 13th St. Philadelphia, PA 19107

Also known as The Lenox, this 2004 Center City condominium conversion project is what we would term a "pre-war" because it has a lot of original details, solid wood doors. An elevator building with a part-time doorman, which many buyers prize in a piece of Philadelphia real estate. Some of the penthouse here at the Lenox condos include private outside space! A lot of original detail, great central location, and generally well-priced units! One, two, and three bedrooms can be found at the Lenox, which sits on the corner of 13th and Spruce Street. And if you are looking to buy a condo in Philly with tons of closet space- then these Washington Square West condos should be on your list of flats to see! The condominiums are located near Jefferson Hospital in the 19107 zip code.

Sitting on the northwest corner of 13th and Spruce Streets is the Lenox Condos. Approximately 87 condos and a handful of parking spaces occupy the parcel. They are known for having pre-war detailing throughout (plaster walls, ornate non-working fireplaces, and original herringbone oak flooring). No units at the Lenox have central air or in-unit washer/dryers. The spaces are exceptional, and many units have rambling spaces- at some really good prices. Kitchens and baths are generally all newer and have been rehabbed as the developer converted the existing apartments to condos back in 2004. Most buyers will appreciate the fact that almost every room has a bay window, which provides some great vistas up and down either Spruce or 13th streets. Good ceiling height in each condo and great light, as well as some original detail, can be found inside each unit. Strategically speaking, I have made mention of the fact that I think The Lenox would make a fantastic LONG TERM hold. I think values here are some of the best in town. 13th St. has come a long way in terms of demand and growth, and I think the Lenox Condos are going to benefit greatly in the future in terms of growing values. The condo association has been doing some great work to the building and has put a lot of money into making sure values remain strong.

We have sold three units at the Lenox over the years, and our buyers love the space and location!
