Josh Says: "I've lived in other buildings in Old City, but I'm staying put at 122 New Street. The building's design aesthetic is very updated and contemporary, which suits me just great. The concrete, metal, and glass construction stands out in a neighborhood largely defined by historic houses and conversions. My unit's open floor plan, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and top-end cabinetry and appliances were probably the first features to grab my attention. My deeded indoor parking completely alleviates the issue of contending with congested street parking. The building is very secure and located on a quiet side street. It is nice in terms of avoiding the nuisance of weekend revelers. I'm always grateful, too, that the building is very pet-friendly and is located half a block from a top-notch dog park."
