These condos at 11th and Arch Street are what I would term a "hard loft" as they are very utilitarian, and offer room size, as opposed to room count. Open rooms, and a wonderful addition to the Philly condo market. These condos near the convention center are very urban in their design.

1027 Arch St Condos sit just south of The Loft District - A hard loft-like building on the northeast corner of 11th and Arch Streets. The building is stark in nature and design and was converted from an office building back in 2004 and holds a total of 63 units. Housing oversized windows and high ceilings, the condos are truly loft-like in the fact that most units have master bedrooms that are open to the living area below. I think the condos at 1027 Arch St. hold a strong value as recent sales prices have shown. No parking, no gym, no pool- all of which help to keep condo fees in check. Most condos at 1027 Arch have original maple flooring, and the higher floors have fantastic skyline views. The corner units are exceptionally bright and command higher sale prices. Though public records do not confirm- some of the penthouse units are huge and fabulous. I would be careful of relying upon the square footage reported by the city for many condos at 1027 Arch, as I think many of the condos are larger than what is shown on record.
