Built in the early 1990's by John Tori's family- This low rise condo and townhouse development has an exceedingly strong location and houses a wide variety of condos. From one bedroom condos to larger three bedroom townhouse styled units, Fitler's Walk has single floor units and stacked townhouse condos- And some really nice bi-level condos as well. A total of 39 condos were built and the address also houses a boatload of parking spaces under the development. The parking is secure and there is even an elevator to bring you and your packages/groceries to the main level of the complex. The location is very strong and condos at Fitler's Walk tend to sell fairly quickly when they become available. I think one of the driving factors to value at Fitler's Walk condos is the interior condition to any given unit. Since the project is approximately 20+/- years old- some condos have been upgraded and some remain in original condition. The complex has fantastic proximity to the Schuylkill River jogging trail and is located in the very hot 19103 zip code and has easy access to The University of Penn. I have sold a condo at Fitler's Walk and I think they are a fantastic value!
