Chestnut St. has undoubtedly changed over the years and is now seen as trendy. I believe the Belgravia is an undervalued parcel that offers condominiums at a reasonable price for being in the heart of 19103. Look for values here to pole vault as the demand for the Square grows and grows.
5 Things I’ve Learned From Reading The Belgravia’s Condo Docs
1) There is a $300 move-in FEE and a $500 deposit needed to move out. Capital contribution equals two months of condo fees (which is standard).
2) Electric is billed separately for each unit and paid in addition to the condo fees (no one has their own PECO service…it comes as one bill then doled out per unit’s usage)
3) All owners have to replace their H2O heaters every SIX years
4) Two pets, each under 60 lbs are allowed
5) You own the windows inside your unit. They are not a common element.
