The finishes are stunning, as well as the lobby, the pool and common areas. What a great addition to the Center City Philadelphia condo set. Ranging from studio condos to huge 3+ bedroom penthouse condominiums, Ten Rittenhouse offers a wide array of floorplans, views, and styles for almost any buyer- from the 570 sq. ft. to the massive 10,711 sq. ft.! Prices at Ten Rittenhouse are based upon size and view- those higher floors with unobstructed views of Rittenhouse Square commanding the most money. The lobby is somewhat reminiscent of the oval entrance at 1900 Rittenhouse Square- which is stunning.

Many condos at 130 S. 18th St. have balconies and parking is available for an extra fee. Condo fees are 71 cents per square foot- and I would have to guess that if they rise, they will do so within the first few years of the building becoming fully occupied and may rise somewhat nominally. All units have good ceiling height and use of the Mercedes towncar as is common with these higher end condos around Philadelphia. According to the MLS, the amenities included in the condo fees are: Fitness Center, Boardroom, Business Center, Saline Pool, Music Salon, Gathering Salon, Wine Storage, Library, Yoga Studio, Catering Kitchen and Courtyard.
