Almost all Rivers Edge units have parking and a fantastic rooftop deck that is common for all condo buyers at 2301. This particular piece of Philadelphia real estate offers great views on some of the higher floors! Rivers Edge condos are considered by many to be a great Philly condo buy!

2301 Cherry Street is one of my favorite buildings in 19103. Every unit has parking, and most have stunning views. With a total of 97 units, the condos at 2301 Cherry St. range in size from 1087 sq ft for a one-bedroom to 2420 sq ft for a three-bedroom condo. Full-time concierge and a stunning common roof deck with unmatched views. Circa 1981-1982, Rivers Edge condos are all bi-leveled. Most of the Rivers Edge units have balconies that either afford a city or river view. I find the front desk staff to be friendly. 


NOW WOULD BE THE TIME TO SNAG A CONDO AT 2301 CHERRY STREET, AKA RIVERS EDGE, AND HERE’S WHY: Rivers Edge has recently implemented some sober assessments which have brought about renewed interest and improvements to these condos in 19103. In 2017 the building began updating all major structural and mechanical systems. They installed custom-designed Italian windows, a new Sundeck roof, custom-designed boiler system, and restored the stucco facade. They also replaced the Courtyard membrane, pavers, elevator enclosure, lighting, and other fixtures. The garage has been updated with state-of-the-art lighting, and the ceiling, walls, and road surface restored. I believe that value retention and resale ability is going to show itself at 2301 over the next decade or so. I have sold approximately a half dozen condos at 2301 Cherry St., and I think the values for these condos in this location with parking simply can not be beaten. If there is a condo available here, you should BUY BUY BUY!

An owner’s point of view: “We’ve been at River’s Edge for more than three years now, and the difference is nothing short of amazing, as far as the condo board goes. We get constant communication from management. Everything is transparent, upfront, and there are no surprises. We’re welcome to go to meetings and are always informed as to when there will be one. We’re given proxy sheets if we can’t make it to a meeting. No complaints from us on any issues! And management is super-efficient and friendly. Nicole LaGreca, our building’s manager from CAMCO, is always available and always answers phone calls and emails promptly. It is a joy to live here. Speaking of River’s Edge, we are constantly upgrading and improving life here. The upper garage was closed for about three months while they put in all new flooring, ceilings, lighting, and cable work. They are always working in the hallways, painting or repairing or otherwise keeping up with maintenance, and even though I don’t like the design of our exterior planter, they keep it neat and well-maintained all the time.”
