Now this is one groovy loft styled building- in a very strong location and in the 19103 zip. And most units include parking. The building was converted to condos around 2003 if I recall correctly. There are not a lot of loft styled condo buildings in the area, and I have always thought that the condos at 251 S. 24th St. were a good fit for the area. A total of 8 condo units- ranging in size from 1063 sq ft to the largest condo being 2463 Sq ft. The condos are noted for their high ceilings, oversized windows, and modern update finishes inside the condos at 215 S. 24th St. The proximity to U of Penn as well as the Schuylkill river trail is really unbeatable. Upper level condos may have a hint of a water view.
