Review from an owner

Johnathon says:

“My wife and I moved into a 2 BR apt in Strickland Row last year. Our building and 4 others which comprise the Strickland Row Condo Association have combined their inner courtyards to create a little park with an in ground heated swimming pool (opened May-Sept). The buildings themselves were townhouses designed by William Strickland in 1815. Accordingly there are 12’ ceilings, thick walls, original molding and some leaded glass windows. Additionally there are 2 fulltime maintenance men on premises, who keep the place clean.  The management company has a representative on site 3 days a week and responds quickly to any need. And our Board of Directors does an excellent job managing maintenance issues and communicating them to us. Our only complaint is the lack of storage facilities, but we solved that by renting a storage bin 3 blocks away.”
