I gotta' say, I am not easy to impress. I can turn my nose up at about just anything. But at 410 Society Hill condos by Toll Brothers...I am impressed. This is the first development in town in years to be offered as condos for sale that emphasizes outdoor communal spaces. From the kick-ass roof deck and the nicely landscaped garden out back...that is a rare one/two punch that few other condo developments offer...and I think for the target market that Society Hill 410 is aiming...touché.  I think the finishes are visually strong with a modern feel without being over the top. The quality kitchen and baths I have seen are a nice touch.

I do not believe that anyone could simply look at the size of the units and determine value based upon square footage. There are so many variables here which do affect the pricing. And that is where I think you would need to make some decisions. Let's chat.
