1352 South St. Loft Condos - My Experience & Two Cents
1352 South St Lofts is comprised of 72 contemporary, edgy condos in an exceedingly handsome modern exterior, coupled with really handsome interiors, and 88 garage parking spaces. The building of 1352 is bold an modern- every unit making a nice statement. In my opinion, 1352 was a bit "Ahead of Its Time" for generally conservative Philadelphia buyers, but has now had time to mellow....much like Society Hill Towers when they were built....that however, is not uncommon. I think what most of my buyers find striking is the sheer scale of a number of the units. End units are highly prized for the unmatched "wow factor"...the units are simply one of a kind for Center City. The 3rd floor units facing north have huge covered balconies... and 4th floor units have pretty good views. 5th floor is the penthouse level and offer a variety of floor plans and sized condos. Full time doorman- but the building has no gym, no pool, no common roof deck or similar amenities- But that does keep condo fees down. In early 2014 the receiver has been fairly successful in re-introducing the condos at 1352 South St. back to the buyer public- with some very good success. We have sold at least two units in the building over the years. Our buyers generally appreciate the open feel, high ceilings and a sense of scale to each of the condos.
