Personally, I love these condos. I think they were done very very well and have a ton of special amenities that buyers really key into… Know that every condo at Fitzwater Lofts has parking. And a storage space in the basement that can fit a small station wagon 🙂 And an oversized roof deck or patio area that is more than one could expect to find in this price range. Turnover here is rare- which makes the units even more sought after, in my opinion.
The two penthouse units at Fitzwater Lofts have views from 3 sides (north, south, and either east or west) and the views of Center City from the roof decks are superior. Most of the units at Fitzwater Loft 739 S. 12th St. have an abundance of exposed brick and exposed beams…just a lot of original character which adds to the charm. This is an elevator building fyi… I was the original listing agent for the building, and have sold every unit in the building at least once!
