Not uncommon here in town when you have multiple towers on the same parcel, such as Independence Place and Waterfront Square.
The south tower looks a little more modern from the outside, has the large neon artwork atop the roof. No South tower homes have balconies.

Generally, larger units can be found in the South tower and all units have W/D. All two bedrooms have two baths. You won't find a two bed/one bath in the South tower.

And you won't find any studios in the South tower. ALL SOUTH TOWER UNITS have 01-09 as their last TWO digits (like 801 or 804, or 809).
Many homes in the North tower have balconies. You'll find a variety of studios, one, and two-bedroom homes but you will not find a two-bed/two-bath. The largest in the North tower is a two-bed, one-bath. ALL NORTH TOWER UNITS are numbered from 09 and on up.
Parking is available for many units regardless of the tower.
