My Take
I’ve always considered 108 Arch Street one of Center City’s more attractive modern condominium buildings.
What impresses me most is how well the interiors have held up over time. The kitchens and bathrooms still feel relatively contemporary, the closet space is generous, and the balconies are genuinely useful outdoor living spaces.
I also think buyers sometimes underestimate the importance of the building’s floor configurations. Having only two residences per floor on the upper levels, with direct elevator access, creates a very different living experience from a conventional high-rise.
With only 30 condominiums, opportunities to purchase at 108 Arch can be limited. When a desirable residence becomes available, there may be relatively few comparable alternatives in the building.
