Also known as 219-29 S. 18th St., The Parc Rittenhouse condos were developed by a local developer in 2007, from what was once the Rittenhouse Regency apartments. Located on the east side of Rittenhouse Sq., Parc Rittenhouse has one of the most lovely and active lobbies of any condo building in the 19103 zip code. The building features huge windows facing the Square and busy residents coming and going. I have always found that my clients love just to enjoy the taste of City living that these condos afford.
The pool is nothing short of spectacular, and a groovy place to hang out if you live in the building. We have a few friends who live in the building, and they just love the location, services, and what they say is a very friendly staff (which seems to be the case every time I walk into the building). Units that face the Square sell at a premium, and the large penthouses on the top of this condo building are nothing short of stunning.
