The huge upside is that few have the abundance of windows that look out onto the square as the Savoy does. The views are stunning. The average resale price of units at the Savoy Condos makes it one of the more affordable buildings on the Square and popular for students and well as retirees - and everyone in between.

No parking, and no dogs, no pool either- but does have a 24 hour doorman. Fees are reasonable and the location honestly can't be beat. I find some of the door staff to be under trained and a little looser in their demeanor than many other buildings on the square. Great values and an even better locale....
