Each home has its own hot water tank and HVAC system, and in-unit washer/dryer. The association fee covers management, master insurance policy, common area insurance, landscaping, snow removal, trash removal, and water. Common areas received a full interior cosmetic makeover, including new carpet and paint in the hallways in 2023.
The complex consists of 91 units total with 45 one-bedroom homes and 46 bi-level, two-bedroom homes. A unique, almost tranquil, suburban configuration in the city. Bravo!
To be fair, I consider Greenshire on the Park to be one of the most undervalued condo associations in the city.
