The Residences at Dockside are known for their huge windows framing extraordinary city and river views. Lovely, large open kitchens, and amenities include; front desk staff around the clock, onsite health and fitness facility, heated indoor swimming pool, hot tub, spacious community room with party kitchen, big screen TV, package/delivery management, pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, designated parking space, pool table, and surround sound system and expansive terraces. I have found that many of my buyers are impressed with the common elements and amenities. The building is pet-friendly. Prices will begin to vary greatly as some units are in original condition, and some resales have been significantly upgraded.
